April 2025 update: plans under consideration by the council

We would like to thank everyone who participated in our two rounds of consultation on the plans for Phase Two of Signal Park in Summer 2023 and early 2024. We received lots of useful feedback that has been helpful in shaping our plans.

We submitted a planning application to Kingston Council (ref: 24/02849/OUT) at the end of 2024. The council has carried out its own consultation and the planning application is now progressing through the usual post-submission process, ahead of a decision being made on whether to grant planning permission.

Post submission drop-in event, December 2024

We held a drop-in event at Baking Ideas on 5 December 2024 as a chance for people to view the plans we had submitted to the council. You can still view the information displayed at that event on our Virtual Exhibition page.
